Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Me › Profile › Settings and tap Delete Account. This removes your profile and personal data. You can also email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed by Apple: open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. To get back purchases on a new device, open the plans screen in the app (Me › Unlock More Features) and tap Restore Purchases.
I'm an organization. How do I claim our listing?
Search for your organization on Knaukey and choose Claim, or see Knaukey for organizations.
